We must have a request form signed by the student for a response that must be attached to this form. We require 5-7 business days for a response. We will not respond to any phone request. All requests must be made in written form for the safety and protection of our graduates. Requests will not be responded to in the month of July, as our school is closed for the Summer Break. Requests will be fulfilled beginning August 1st. You may still request your records in July, However, they will not be processed until August 1st. They will be processed in the order they are received. So please be aware that your submission is important to get fulfilled in a timely manner after July. We will also contact you by phone if we have any issues fulfilling your request for records.
